Advance Facilities

Please bring swimwear, sunscreen, flip flops, a towel to dry off with and a change of clothes. A suitable wetsuit will be provided, but you may wear your own swimwear or wetsuit instead if preferred. If you opt to wear one of our wetsuits, you must also wear your own swimwear underneath.

Challenge

All participants MUST be able to swim at least 50 metres with the assistance of a PDF Buoyancy Aid (Life Vest), which will be provided, and must be worn at all times without exception.
